The real green beer.

Happy Saint Patrick’s Day!  Chances are, if you are celebrating the holiday tonight, you’ll be offered a pint of green beer.  Next time you reach for one, think about the folks over at Nodding Head Brewery.  Their Berliner Wiesse can be topped with a bit of woodruff syrup to give it a green hue - a great and tasty alternative to food coloring.  Berliner Weissbier is rare in these parts, but the brewpub keeps it on regular rotation.  If you are in the area of 15th & Sansom, swing by and treat yourself to this little gem.
